An engineer who is the creator and soul of FERA. As president of the Board of Directors, he is personally involved in the implementation of the company's strategic lines of development.
He founded ANEV, Associazione Nazionale Energia del Vento (National Wind Energy Association), which groups together the main private wind power plant construction companies in Italy.
In 2010, he established the National Solar Thermal Energy Association (ANEST).
Before starting FERA, he was commercial director at Techmo Car, a leading company which produces machinery for aluminium and metal production.
From 1998 to 2010 he chaired the Castelli e Ville aperte di Lombardia an Association, which promotes the enhancement of the Lombardy region and its castles and villas.
From 1996 to 2000 he worked at ABB Industria, first as head of order planning for Europe and North America, and then as head of implementation of a restructuring process for the TOPs (Total Optimisation Process) automation division.
From 1995 to 1996, he worked in marketing at Baccarat in Paris.
From 1984 to 1990, he promoted Franciacorta wines, managing the award-winning Bornato Castle, for which he oversaw both the production and commercial side.
Charlotte Stelling
Graduated in Economics from the Danish University of Aarhus, Charlotte has worked for start-ups and prestigious industrial groups, such as Lucchini Group, ASM Brescia (today A2A SPA), CF Gomma (FIAT Group), FERA Group and Gruppo Impresa SRL.
In more than 20 years of experience, she has been involved in administration, finance, management control, investments, management of Italian and foreign investee companies (as managing director).
She is currently in charge of M&A for the FERA Group.
Sebastiano Falesi
A chemical engineer, who graduated from the Politecnico di Milano and began his career in the world of energy at Edison SpA.
He is one of the founding partners of FERA, where he initially took care of the development, financing and construction of the majority of wind farms built in the first decade of the company's life.
He then dealt with the development of CSP (Concentrating Solar Power - concentrated solar thermodynamic solar) projects and Biogas plants, again taking care of the financing, construction and operational management for the latter, as managing director.
To date, he is responsible for developing the company's strategic lines and project management. As director of various group companies, his activities are divided between the development and management of wind farms, plant management and the internationalization of the Group.
His skills range from technical, to authorization, to construction, financing and management, always with a vision linked to sustainability and interaction with local territories.
Ursula Buchmeiser
Graduate in Economics from the University of Vienna and also has a CEMS Master's degree. Since July 2023 she has been a member of the Board of Directors at FERA. Specialising in Human Capital and Change Management, she has extensive international professional experience in both the private sector and non-profit organisations. She currently works as an advisor for innovation training, career and performance management in addition to organisational development solutions. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Università degli Studi di Milano and the Steering Committee of the Edison Market Academy.
Bernardo Rucellai
A civil lawyer and graduate of the Università Statale di Milano.
From 1996 to 2004 he worked at the Carnelutti law firm in Milan and then at McDermott Will & Emery.
Since 2005 he has been practising independently. His main areas of practice are related to corporate and commercial law, with assistance and consulting activities for both Italian and foreign clients, focusing on M&A, corporate governance, joint ventures, leveraged buy-outs, privatisations and insolvency proceedings.
He also has specific and long-standing experience in corporate contracts, franchising, distribution, agency, licensing and sponsorship.
In the field of renewable energy, he has assisted companies and individuals in drafting tender and financing contracts for the construction of photovoltaic plants, both ground-mounted and roof-integrated.
He has held various roles at Falck Renewables SpA: from 2009 to 2017, as an independent director; from 2009 to 2014, as a member of the Supervisory Board and of the Internal Control Committee; from 2011 to 2017, Secretary of the Board of Directors and in 2011, member of the Remuneration Committee; from 2016 to July 2022, Secretary of the Remuneration Committee. Since June 2022, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the FERA Group.
Raimondo Riccio Cobucci
A chemical engineer who has more than 25 years of managerial experience in the Energy, Oil and Gas sectors in Italy and abroad.
He is currently founder and CEO of RC Energy and Managing Director of FERA, with the responsibility of developing the company's business by contributing to the acceleration of the country's renewable electricity production.
Previously, he held senior roles in leading energy companies such as Edison and Ionio Gas.
Sandro Brambilla
Architect, freelancer and founder of AR STUDIO BUILDING (1969-2018) with an office in Milan, he has designed numerous public and private buildings, hotels, schools, retirement homes, industrial buildings, sports centres, public parks, underground car parks, public parks, recovery plans and implementation plans both in Italy and abroad. Clients include: Ansaldo Energia, Ansaldo Breda, ABB Tecnomasio, ABB Transmetal, E.N.P.A.M. (Ente Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza Medici), I.A.C.P. (Istituto dell'Approccio Centrato sulla Persona) of Milan, the Municipality of Milan, the Antares Hotels chain, and the Maugeri Foundation. He has been: member of the Board of Directors of the Consortium for the North Park of Milan; member of the urban planning commissions of the municipalities of Bollate and Arona; vice-president of the Union of Architects of the Province of Milan; three times elected member of the Council of Architects of the Province of Milan, of which he was first Treasurer and then Secretary. He currently works as a real estate and town planning consultant.
Luigi Pennisi
An engineer who has been with FERA since October 2002.
Until 2007, he was in charge of design development and, until 2012, project management.
Under his management, FERA's first wind farm, the award-winning Cinque Stelle (Stella, Savona, June 2007) and the Fattoria Eolica di Santa Luce (Santa Luce, Pisa, January 2013) to date the largest wind farm in Tuscany, were built.
Since 2013, he has been responsible for managing plants for FERA's wind power division.
He combines solid technical expertise with an in-depth knowledge of authorisation procedures in addition to interaction with the territory.
He trained in Italy and abroad, with previous experience at GE - Nuovo Pignone and Procter & Gamble Italy.
Attilio Franchi
A civil lawyer, who specialised in Corporate Tax Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2008, he has been involved in legal assistance and consulting, with a focus on Legislative Decree no. 231. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of several companies.
